An Australian man lost his appeal in court yesterday for a DUI charge that happened as the man was driving himself to a hospital for a chainsaw related injury. According to reports the man, Timothy Withrow, severly cut his hand on the chainsaw but sewed the wound closed himself while drinking gin to numb the pain. On Withrow’s way to the hospital he was pulled over for running a stop sign where it was determined that his BAC was three times the legal limit.
