CA Woman Passes Out While Driving on Busy Interstate, Charged For DUI

A California woman has been arrested and charged for suspicion of driving under the influence after passing out in her car on a busy freeway.  In a video posted online the woman can be seen slumped over in her vehicle as cars drive by on either sides at high speeds. Eventually an officer is summoned and breaks through the window to put the car into park and arrest the driver. There are open alcohol containers visible on the floor of the woman’s car.
