Man Who Crashed into School Library Charged For DUI

An Orlando man has been arrested and charged with DUI after allegedly running into the outside wall of Lake Forrest Preparatory School in Florida. According to reports the man, Jack Ramon Rodriguez, was slurring his speech and smelled like alcohol. Rodriguez reportly told police that someone else was driving, however a janitor at the school who witnessed the accident, says no one else was in the car. Police are now waiting on blood tests taking at the scene before moving ahead with the case.
