A man in Oklahoma City is facing multiple charges after allegedly headbutting a police officer at a traffic stop. According to reports the man, Phillip Coon, was pulled over for running a stop sign and hitting a curb when he allegedly got out of his vehicle and headbutted the officer in the face. Coon is being charged with assault and battery on a police officer, DUI, and other related charges.
