MD Man Driving on Four Flat Tires Arrested For DUI

A Frederick, Maryland man was arrested for DUI, hit and run, and driving on a suspended license after police allegedly caught him going through a red light with four flat tires. Christopher Jarcy was given standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested. In addition to DUI, Jarcy is facing a variety of other traffic charges including failure to wear a seatbelt, driving without required minimum equipment, and failure to notify MVA of a change of address within 30 days.
