Son of presidential candidate Rand Paul was cited for DUI Sunday after hitting a parked car in Kentucky. The 22-year old William Paul, was found at the scene of the accident with watery bloodshot eyes and allegedly smelled like alcohol. Paul failed a field sobriety test and was cited for DUI and failure to maintain required insurance. Rand Paul had no comment on the matter.
