Tennessee State Representative Bill Beck Arrested For DUI

Carson William Beck, a representative for the state of Tennessee was arrested for DUI and charged with violating implied consent laws, likely meaning he refused a blood test.  Beck, serving his first term after being elected in 2014, was pulled after an officer noticed him failing to stay in his lane. The officer noted that Beck’s speech was slurred and his eyes were bloodshot. Beck was given field sobriety tests and arrested.
