A Florida man is being charged with DUI and careless driving after going off an overpass at a high rate of speed. Laurence M. Byrne allegedly was driving too fast to make an ext when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a light pole, guard rail, and traffic sign. Byrne refused medical treatment and according to reports had $10,000 worth of damage to his car.
