PA Driver Arrested For Setting Up Fake DUI Checkpoint While Intoxicated

A 19-year old Pennsylvania man has been arrested after allegedly using road flares to set up a fake DUI checkpoint on Pennsylvania State Road in the middle of the night. According to reports the suspect Logan Shaulis, even managed to stop a car and ask for their information before state troopers arrived and arrested him. Shaulis is being charged with drunken driving and impersonating a public servant.
