Road-Rage Incident Leads to Delaware Driver’s 5th DUI

A Delaware resident is facing his 5th driving under the influence offense after police responded to a call of two men fighting in the road at Rehoboth Beach. According to reports the man Lavaughn D. Jones had four children his his car ranging from ages 8 to 10. Jones was taken into custody and is being charged with fifth offense DUI and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child while driving suspended or revoked.
