A Columbia, Md. resident was arrested and charged with DUI after causing a disturbance at a Pennsylvania hotel and trying to drive off. According to reports the disturbance started when the man entered the hotel and asked for a key to his room, before getting mad when he was told he had not rented a room. The man went on to throw a pen at a hotel managers head and tell the staff that he couldn’t be arrested because he was from Maryland. Once located by police while sitting in his car, the man attempted to put his car into drive and was pulled out by an officer. There were reportedly several open bottles of Mike’s Hard Lemonade in his car. The man is being charged with DUI, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and other charges.
