A Maryland woman has been arrested and charged with DUI after allegedly running off the side of Deep Creek Drive and hitting a snowbank. Maryland State Police who responded to the scene said the woman, Alisa Shafer, shows signs of impairment and was taken to the hospital. She is being charged with DUI and other traffic offenses.
