Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Sean Smith pleaded guilty to a DUI and now faces two years of proabtion as part of a plea agreement. Smith was arrested in June after crashing his car in Kansas City while driving under the influence. At the time Smith also failed to provide insurance and was charged with careless driving, a charge which was eventually dropped. Smith has missed just one game in six years but will likely face at least a two game suspension from the NFL. Smith was also ordered to pay a fine.
